How do I know that you've received my order?
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Hidden Springs Flowers. If you have not received an email confirmation from us, your order was not successfully placed. Please be sure to check your spam and trash mailbox!
When will my order be shipped?
We ship live material as it is received to our farm. Please see the individual product pages for more specific shipping timeframes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. Please be sure to watch for your package! We are not responsible for orders after they have been delivered. If your package is left in extreme conditions the plant material inside might be damaged.
Do you guarantee bulbs, corms, roots and seeds?
We strive to offer the very best product possible. That said, there is no way to guarantee living products once they have reached their destination. Sometimes plants just don't make it, whether grower error or otherwise. That said, we will accept claims and concerns within 48 hours of package arrival. If you have questions or concerns about the product you've received, please contact us with a detailed description of your concerns and photos of the product as it arrived to you. Claims will not be accepted after 48 hours post delivery.
Crop Failure/Order Cancellation
As we are dealing with living plants and the course of mother nature, things sometimes do go wrong. We receive our roots, corms, bulbs and seeds from our wholesaler and sometimes entire orders can be cancelled due to crop failure, shipping difficulties and other circumstances outside of our control. If we are unable to fulfill the order that you've placed, we will do our best to substitute with a comparable product or issue a refund for your order. Please know that this is very common in the flower world; our own orders for our farm are changed and cancelled more often than you'd realize!
