Include a hand-written note with your arrangement by selecting our small enclosure card with your purchase; please limit your greeting to 15 words or less as this card is rather small!
Upgrade your arrangement with a hand-written greeting card (perfect for longer messages and sentiments) and our customer-favorite Signature Candle and Match set, wrapped in a gift bag with tissue. (Candle and Match set will ship separately from flowers. Please submit two separate orders to avoid additional fees.)
Notes
Bouquets are hand-tied and wrapped in brown paper. Stems are wrapped with a damp water source to ensure that the bouquet arrives fresh to its destination. We also include a bouquet care card with instructions for fresh cut flowers!

- Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. the day prior to shipment. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SAME DAY ORDERS.
- Shipping is available Tuesday through Thursday, with flowers arriving Wednesday through Friday.

Fresh Flower Shipping Policy:
Hidden Springs Flowers ships all of our fresh cut flowers via overnight shipping and our other perishable goods via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will also receive an email notification once your package has been delivered. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address.
We ship Tuesday through Thursday which means deliveries are typically available Wednesday through Friday.
Please review your shipping address carefully when inputting your order. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $30 fee for changes or redirects once the package has been submitted to the carrier and are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued. Hidden Springs Flowers is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided.
Hidden Springs Flowers is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our flowers the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by the shipping company, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Hidden Springs Flowers is not responsible for reimbursing damaged product not covered by the carrier.
